The Department of Public Libraries has invited authors and publishers to submit their works, first published in 2019 (between Jan.1, 2019 and June 30, 2019) for Library selection. The books can be on subjects such as Literature, Arts, Science, Children’s Literature, Competitive Exams etc. Books written in Kannada, English and other Indian languages are accepted. The last date for sending books (for copyright) is July 30 and for selection is July 31. The books must be sent to the Office of the Director, Department of Public Libraries, Bengaluru.
