Most of the drains in Subash Nagar are blocked since months and with recent rains, the rainwater has become stagnant making it a perfect place for mosquitoes to breed besides emanating foul smell. One of the SOM readers who has sent this picture says that despite repeated pleas to the elected representatives to inspect the place and take necessary steps, no one turned up till date.
