Mandya: In a novel protest, a BJP worker has sent an application addressed to the Deputy Commissioner of Mandya N. Manjushree asking her to send a videographer and a photographer to cover a wedding.
BJP worker S. Shivakumar submitted the application after reading a news item stating that the Deputy Commissioner had told Sumalatha Amabarish’s election agent Madan Kumar that she had sent the videographer who had covered coalition candidate Nikhil Kumaraswamy’s filing of nomination process to cover a wedding later.
