The BJP will be holding a district-level organisational meeting at Rajendra Kalyana Mantapa on Ramanuja Road in the city at 2 pm tomorrow (July 6). Announcing this at a press meet here yesterday, District (Rural) BJP President K.N. Subbanna said that State BJP President B.Y. Vijayendra will take part in the meeting, which will be attended by MP, MLA, former MLAs and other party leaders of the district.
Pointing out that the party is ready for the upcoming local body polls, he said that the meeting will discuss party organisation plans in order to further strengthen the party in the district. Party leaders S. Mahadevaiah, Suresh Babu, Dayananda Patel and Mahadevaswamy were present.
