Prime Minister Narendra Modi Vichara Manch State Secretary and BJP leader C.T. Manjunath has urged the Mandya Deputy Commissioner and State Chief Secretary to take all possible action against erstwhile Mysuru Royal Family Pramod Devi Wadiyar and her son Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar for allowing their land (Survey Number 1, Amruth Mahal Kaval) for illegal mining activities.
He has written a letter to both the DC and the State Chief Secretary appealing to initiate strict action against them for promoting illegal activities. In his letter, Manjunath stated that as many as 1,623 acres of land belongs to erstwhile royal family.
