Mysore/Mysuru: The 115th birth anniversary Dr. Babu Jagjivan Ram on Apr. 5 and 131st birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on Apr. 14 should be celebrated in a meaningful manner, said Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr. Bagadi Gautham.
