Mysuru, Apr.29- As part of International Dance Day, city’s Bharatanjali Dance and Yoga School will be hosting ‘Bharatanjali Nartana Nirantara’, a three-day Dance Fest from May 1 to 3 at Sri Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road here.
Announcing this at a press meet here yesterday, School’s Founder-Director Dr. Sheela Sridhar said that the event will be inaugurated at 3 pm on May 1. Dance programmes will be held from 5.30 pm to 9 pm on all the three days, with six performances every day. The event will have scope only for Bharatanatyam performances, she said and added that Hyderbad-based dancer Prof. Jayachandran will be conducting a two-day dance workshop in the School premises on May 29 & 30.
