Mysuru: T. Lokesh, a teacher at Government Higher Primary School in Naganahalli has been selected for the State-level Best Teacher Award (2017), instituted by Bengaluru-based Dr. Nallur Prasad Samskruthika Prathistana. The award carries a cash prize of Rs. 5,000 and a citation. Lokesh, who is also the President of Hunsur taluk unit of Spandana Samskrutika Parishat, will receive the award at a programme at Kannada Sahitya Parishat building in Bengaluru on Nov.30.
