Mysore/Mysuru: Ten days have passed after a woman went mysteriously missing from a lodge at Old RMC Yard where her husband — a financier from Bengaluru — ended life but till now there is no trace of the woman. Her mobile phone is switched off and the Police still are groping in the dark for any possible clues about her whereabouts.
The woman, 40-year-old M.M. Kavitha, a nurse by profession and resident of Yeshwanthpur, has been missing since the wee hours of Jan. 2 while her husband 45-year-old Umashankar was found dead inside the lodge room. Circumstantial evidence indicates that Umashankar died due to excessive dose of insulin as many empty insulin vials and syringes were found in the room.
