Agriculture Department has launched ‘Bele Darshak - 2020-21’ App to collect crop details from farmers and private residents for the current Kharif season. The App contains details of all agricultural plots such as crop details, farm size, GPS-enabled picture taken during crop survey, the name of the farmer, his contact number, the crop he is growing, whether the information provided during crop survey has been approved or not by the concerned authorities and others. This data is linked to all agriculture schemes of the Government and crop insurance. In case of errors in crop survey, objections can be filed. The farmers can also know what action has been taken upon their objections. The app can be downloaded by typing Bele Darshak App 2020 on Google Play. For details, call Ph: 0821-2442239.
