Son upset as father disapproves marriage proposal
Bengaluru: Even as former JD(S) Corporator Govindegowda was brutally hacked to death by miscreants in Rajagopalnagar Police limits yesterday, a sitting BBMP Corporator was reportedly stabbed by his son and is undergoing treatment at a hospital, according to reports. Katriguppe Corporator ‘Sangathi’ Venkatesh is the one who is said to have been stabbed by his son Sagar Venkatesh at the Corporator’s residence in Thyagarajanagar, after he disapproved of Sagar’s marriage proposal with a girl of his choice. The Corporator, who received stab injuries, is currently undergoing treatment, it is learnt.
