Bengaluru: Even as Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy (HDK) has announced farm loan waiver in  public sector Banks, the Commissioner for Land Survey and Land Records Munish Moudgil has asked public sector Banks to provide an exclusive software for implementing the loan waiver. In a letter written to Bank authorities, Munish Moudgil has said that a software featuring all aspects of farm loan wavier was necessary for the Government to release money to Banks.

The letter further asked Bank officials not to harass farmers, who default on loan repayment.
