Mysore/Mysuru: “A writer who wishes to pen thoughts spontaneously must first understand the boundaries of social responsibility and the responsible use of language,” said noted writer Jogi, during a Kannada panel discussion titled ‘Kathe Huttuva Hotthu’ (birth hour of a story), at the last day of the Mysuru Literature Festival.
Reflecting on the evolution of his writing process, Jogi said he had originally planned to finish his book ‘Hastinavathi’ in about 100 pages, but as he began writing, his thoughts expanded, and the manuscript grew far beyond his expectations.
