Mysuru/Mysore: City-based Excel Public School (EPS) was recently declared ‘Innovative School of the Year,’ at a State- level Science and Technology fest, ‘STING 2020,’ jointly organised by Karnataka Science and Technology Academy (KSTA), Department of Science and Technology, Government of Karnataka, in collaboration with Eggheads Education, at KSTA premises, Bengaluru.
The competition on the theme “Perseverance – Muscle the Mind,” focused on facilitating children to explore, experiment and express their thought by showcasing their ingenious solutions to world-wide challenges. Projects promoting innovative ideas on the concept of Green Earth to tackle challenges pertaining to pollution, water conservation, waste management etc., were encouraged.
