Bengaluru: Days after the Karnataka High Court directed the CAT (Central Administrative Tribunal) to issue an order on IAS Officer B. Sharat’s petition questioning his premature transfer from the post of Mysuru Deputy Commissioner after just one month into his job last year, the CAT, while re-activating the Civil Services Board (CSB), has asked the State Government to review the IAS officer’s transfer order.
The High Court on Friday last, had directed the CAT to issue an order regarding the petition filed by Sharat questioning his premature transfer, within a fortnight.
