Mysore/Mysuru: Intensifying the probe in the case pertaining to the attempt to grab a 80’x100’ site worth crores of rupees in upscale Yadavagiri locality of the city by creating fake documents, Lakshmipuram Police have reportedly taken two more persons into custody in connection with the case. The two who have landed in Police net are said to be Akram of Mysuru and Srinivasamurthy of Bengaluru.
Lakshmipuram Police had registered a case against five persons in connection with the case where five persons were accused of submitting fake documents to grab the 80’x100’ site in Yadavagiri (Site No.152). While three of the accused — Mohammad Nayeem, a resident of Ghousianagar, Mubarak Shariff of Rajivnagar and Shahjahan of Udayagiri — were held when they had come to the office of MUDA and State Bank of India (SBI) Advocate Smitha Devaiah seeking legal opinion upon submission of fake documents pertaining to the site, for availing a big sum of Bank loan from SBI.
