Bengaluru: The Karnataka Government has decided to hold the monsoon session of the Karnataka Legislature from Sept. 13 to 24 in Bengaluru, and this was decided in the Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
Speaking to newsmen, Parliamentary Affairs Minister J.C. Madhuswamy said due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Assembly session was delayed and now it will be held for ten days from Sept. 13 to 24. This is Bommai’s first Assembly session after becoming the CM post B.S. Yediyurappa’s resignation.
