Mysore/Mysuru: Articulate Trust for Arts, Bengaluru, will present their performing unit ‘Articulate Dance Studios’ in a grand biographical 100-minute dance production titled ‘Allama - The mystic,’ at RamaGovinda Rangamandira in Ramakrishnanagar here on Aug. 21 at 6.30 pm.
Under Shankar Shanbhogue’s music and Karnataka Kalashree Mysore B. Nagaraj’s choreography, the Kathak Classical Dance-based Kannada feature narrates journey of the 12th Century Mystic Allama. The 25-member ensemble will perform anecdotes from the saint's life interspersed with his Vachanas. The grand art work is supported with visuals from the actual places associated with the saint.
