Hanur: An armyman of Sulwadi village in Hanur taluk, who was serving at Punjab border, died of heart attack while on duty on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Jnana Prakash (33), son of Antony Swamy and Antoniammal couple. Jnana Prakash who had joined the Army 13 years ago, had been deputed to serve at Punjab border recently. He passed away due to heart attack on Friday, it is learnt. He leaves behind his parents, wife, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
