Dr. Srinivas, who is an ex-servicemen, had previously served at Indian Navy Hospitals in Mumbai, Goa, Karwar, Kochi, Visakhapatnam and Odisha, according to Chief Scouts and Guides Commissioner M.N. Shadakshari.
