The Karnataka State Women Development Corporation has invited applications from eligible ST category women street vendors from BPL families residing in city and rural areas, for availing financial assistance of Rs.10,000 each.
The women street vendors must be in the age group of 18 to 60 years and should possess the ID card issued by their respective City Corporation/ CMC/TMC/TP/ BBMP or Municipal Administration Department in respect of Urban areas and Street Vendor Authentication Certificate issued by the PDO in case of rural areas. The prescribed application forms can be collected for free from the Office of the Child Development Project Officer at their respective taluks before Aug. 30 and the same should be submitted along with all required documents by Sept. 9.
