Under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP), the District Industries Centre (DIC), Mysuru, has invited online applications from family members of Manual Scavengers for availing loans up to Rs. 50 lakh for establishing Industries and up to Rs. 20 lakh for setting up service units, through Banks. The interested eligible persons can apply online through www.kviconline.gov.in. For details, contact the DIC office, located in CTI Building, Sayyaji Rao Road in city (Ph: 0821-2520886) or the Hunsur Office (Ph: 08222-252257), according to a press release from the DIC Joint Director.
