Applications invited for home loan in Bannur under Subsidy Scheme

Bannur Town Municipal office has invited applications from people living in the town Municipal limits for financial assistance under the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS), a wing of Pradhan Mantri Awaz scheme for construction, purchase and renovation of house. The income limit is Rs. 3 lakh for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Rs. 3.01 lakh to Rs. 6.0 lakh for Lower Income Group (LIG), Rs. 6.01 lakh to Rs. 12.0 lakh for Medium Income Group (MIG-1) and Rs. 12.01 lakh to Rs. 18.0 lakh for MIG-2. The loan for EWS is Rs. 6 lakh for a carpet area of 30 sq.mts, 20-year term; for LIG it is Rs. 6 lakh for 60 sq.mts carpet area, 20-year term; for MIG-1, it is Rs. 9 lakh for 160 sq.mts carpet area, 20-year term and for MIG-2 it is Rs. 12 lakh for a carpet area of 200 sq.mts with 20-year term. The applications can be obtained from the Town Municipal Office and submitted with four photos, ID proof, site/house details and other documents to the Municipal Office, according to a press release.
