Mysuru: The Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Mysuru, has invited applications from women for establishing units to rear cattle, sheep, goats and pigs by availing financial assistance which will be 90 percent for SC/ST and 50 percent for general category.
Preference will be given to women below poverty line, minorities, physically challenged, widows and others. The application can be obtained from the Assistant Director at Veterinary Hospital in respective taluks and submitted before Sept. 10.
