Mysuru: The Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has invited applications from eligible youth (men and women) for appointment as National Youth Volunteers for a period of two years. A total of 14 volunteers from seven taluks of the district (two from each taluk) and two computer operators to serve in computer office, will be appointed. The candidates must be in the age group of 18 to 29 years as on April 1, 2018 and possess a minimum qualification of a pass in tenth standard. Also, those who have served as volunteers earlier need not apply. The application forms can be had from Nehru Yuva Kendra, No. 26/A, Industrial Suburb, 3rd Stage, Rajarajeshwari Temple Road, Vishweswaranagar, Mysuru, during office hours or can be downloaded from the Yuva Kendra website: www.nyks.org. The last date for applying is May 31.
