Mysore/Mysuru: The 245th Annual Sandal Urus Shariff of Hazarath Nawab Hyder Ali Khan Bahadur, father of Hazarath Tippu Sultan Shaheed, organised by Afroz Pasha, Secretary of Hazarath Tippu Sultan Urus & Welfare Committee at Tippu Hall on Sawday Road, was held at Allahj Malik House on Ashoka Road west cross here recently.
After conducting Urus Fateha Khwani in city, the delegation reached Tippu Tomb at Ganjam in Srirangapatna. Afroz Pasha, who carried the sandal paste pot and flowers, entered Tippu Tomb shrine and offered tribute to Hazarath Nawab Hyder Ali Khan Bahadur, his wife Hazarath Bibi Fathima and son Hazarath Tippu Sultan Shaheed.
