Mysuru: Following persons have adopted the animals of Mysuru Zoo under ‘Adoption of Animals’ scheme by paying the adoption fee:
Shreyas G. Nataraja, Bengaluru - King Cobra and Indian Soft Shell Turtle - Rs.5,500; B.R. Gangadhar, Bengaluru - Peacock (2), Indian Cobra (2) and Australian Rainbow Lorikeet (2) - Rs.15,000; Ananda Mattur, Bengaluru - Red-Billed Toucan - Rs.7,500; Chandrashekar Srinivasan, Mysuru Rusty Spotted Cat - Rs.5,000, according to press a release from the Zoo Executive Director.
