Mysuru: BJP National President and a close confidant of PM Narendra Modi, Amit Shah began his tour of Mysuru region this morning with two significant meetings — one with Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji and the other with members of Mysore Royal family Pramoda Devi Wadiyar, Prince Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar, his wife Trishikha Devi Wadiyar and also the new member of the Royal family baby Aadyaveer Narasimharaja Wadiyar.
Shah, who arrived in the city yesterday night stayed at Hotel Radisson Blu Plaza near Race Course. This morning he went to Suttur Mutt at the foot of Chamundi Hill to meet the Swamiji. He was accompanied by Union Minister H.N. Ananth Kumar, BJP State President B.S. Yeddyurappa, MLA C.T. Ravi and former Minister S.A. Ramdas.
