Bengaluru: The 87th Akhila Bharatha Kannada Sahitya Sammelana will take place from Dec. 20 to 22 at Mandya, said Chief Minister Siddaramaiah after holding a meeting with Kannada Sahitya Parishat, Mandya District Administration, Mandya District Minister and the District Legislators, at his home office ‘Krishna’ in the State Capital this morning.
The CM told media persons that though the three-day annual literary event was earlier scheduled to take place in June this year, the mega event was postponed following the enforcement of Model Code of Conduct for 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
