Office of Joint Director of Agriculture has invited applications for Krishi Pandit Award (2018-19) and Agricultural Award (2019-20) from farmers of Mysuru district. Rain dependent Ragi crop cultivated in HD Kote, Mysuru, Periyapatna and Hunsur taluks and irrigated crops cultivated in KR Nagar, Nanjangud and T.Narsipur taluks have been selected for agri awards. Last date to apply for Kharif crops is Aug. 31 and Nov. 30 for Rabi crops. For Krishi Pandit Award, applications in prescribed format should be submitted to Office of Assistant Director of Agriculture in their respective taluks before July 20.
