Mysuru: Higher Education Minister G.T. Devegowda (GTD) inaugurated the State-level Adventure Camp organised by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Mysuru and Mandya, at Youth Hostels premises in Saraswathipuram here yesterday. Speaking on the occasion, he said that taking part in adventure sports will not only help enhance physical strength and mental stability but also helps in achieving the near impossible. Underlining the importance of students taking part in adventure activities along with academics, the Minister advised the participants to teach to others what they had learnt in the week-long camp.
