The Department of Industrial Training and Employment has invited applications from eligible SSLC passed students for merit-cum-reservation-based admission at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) for CTS Department. The admission is open for 16+4 seats each in Fitter and Turner Course, 20+4 seats each in COPA and Sonograph under CTS Department.
The applicants must be at least 14 years of age. There is 33 percent seat reservation for women, 3 percent for the physically challenged, 2 percent for children of ex-servicemen and statutory reservation for SC/ST candidates, 5 percent for Kannada medium candidates, 10 percent for rural candidates who have completed their 1-10 grade in rural areas.
