Actress Roopa Iyer to contest from K.R. Constituency on KPJP ticket

Mysuru: Actress and Director Roopa Iyer is likely to contest from K.R. Constituency in the city on a Karnataka Prajakiya Janata Party (KPJP) ticket, in the forthcoming Assembly polls. The KPJP was floated by well-known actor-director Upendra a few months ago. Although the ticket has not been finalised as yet, talks are underway in the party to field Roopa Iyer from K.R. Constituency. However, Roopa Iyer herself has not taken a decision in this regard, it is learnt.
