Sahitya, Chief Editor, Yashtel TV; Best Rural Journalist Award: M. Narayan, Andolana, T. Narasipur; Photographer of the Year Award: B.R. Savitha of Prajavani-Deccan Herald; Senior Reporter of the Year Award: Somashekar Chikkamarali of Prajaa TV and Senior Photographer of the Year Award: Ramu of Doordarshan.
