Mysuru: As part of Abdhipurva Utsava ‘Ra.Sa. 100’ to be held across the State, Brahmavidya (recognised by Karnataka Sanskrit University, Bengaluru) and DVG Balaga Pratishtana have jointly organised a three-day Indian Musicology Festival at Mysore Vasudevacharya Bhavana on JLB Road in city from Aug. 11 to 13 at 5.30 pm everyday.
This celebration honours the enduring legacy of the distinguished musicologist and Indologist, Padma Shri Mahamahopadhyaya Dr. R. Sathyanarayana. The 3-day young masters' musical extravaganza will feature a stellar line-up of performances by renowned and emerging artistes. Each evening will include insightful ‘Arogya Dinachari’ sessions on health and lifestyle by Ayurveda experts and captivating ‘Kannada Kavya Vachana’ (poetry recitals).
