Our Minister wants to implement his vision both on Tourism and Sericulture but who is going to implement his vision? The same tired lot of government servants who do not have any new ideas or vision ! First and foremost, the Minister should form a Core Team of officials, starting from a dynamic Secretary (Tourism). The team should have officials with creative bent of mind and some idea on tourism. Once the team is in place, the Minister can start implementing his vision.
