Mysuru: Here is a machine that can sweep a road and neatly wash it, performing the work of over 70 Pourakarmikas. The machine has been imported from Italy and Mysuru will be the second city after Bhopal to possess such an advanced machine. In South India, Mysuru is the only city to have this machine.
The Namma Mysuru Foundation has imported two multipurpose cleaning machines (vehicles) from Italy in order to keep the Heritage City sparkling clean and the arrival of the machines gains significance with Dasara celebrations round the corner. The newly formed Namma Mysuru Foundation has joined hands with the Mysuru City Corporation in its efforts to keep the city clean.
