Srirangapatna: NSS volunteers of Seshadripuram Degree College in Mysuru, Achievers Academy of Srirangapatna and the Town Panchayat administration jointly undertook the cleaning of a Shiva Temple that is over 700-years-old.

The Temple is located in front of the Gosai Ghat in an island on River Cauvery. Volunteers cleared the wild weed growth that had literally choked the Temple surroundings and after clearing, the Temple was painted. Even villagers of Ganjam joined hands with the teams in restoring the centuries-old Temple.
