The University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Bengaluru, in association with several Government Departments, will be holding a four-day Krishi Mela-2019 at Gandhi Krishi Vignan Kendra (GKVK), Bengaluru, from Oct.24 to 27. The Agricultural Fair will feature a variety of events, demonstrations, lecturers, including those on soil fertility, drip irrigation, horticulture crops, millets, cereals, rainwater harvesting, farm ponds, farm machineries and equipment, marketing, climate, organic and bio-farming etc. The Mela will be open for public and students from Mysuru and Chamarajanagar on Oct.25.
