The Central Government under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) has introduced Micro-Irrigation Programme for the year 2023-24.
For the installation of Drip Irrigation and Sprinkler Irrigation for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Category Farmers (Submission of caste certificate with RD Number is mandatory) up to a maximum area of two acres, 90 percent of financial assistance will be given while for other farmers upto two acre area will be provided a financial assistance upto 75 percent.
