Mysore/Mysuru: A total of 28 COVID positive patients have died in the district yesterday bringing the cumulative deaths to 1,604. While Mysuru city reported 19 deaths, Mysuru taluk reported five deaths, one death each in K.R. Nagar, Periyapatna, Nanjangud and T. Narasipur taluks in the district.
The district yesterday recorded 1,720 positive cases with 2,176 patients getting discharged yesterday, the cumulative discharges till yesterday stood at 1,22,367. There are a total of 16,114 active cases in the district, according to the media bulletin.
