Mysuru, Sept. 19- Sri Pathanjali Yoga Shikshana Samithi, Mysuru, with a theme that Yoga Integrates Nation, has formulated five Yoga Namaskaras: Surya Namaskar, Ganapathi Namaskar, Durga Namaskar, Shiva Namaskar and Vishnu Namaskar. These five Yoga Namaskaras were dedicated to the nation on International Day of Yoga on 21.6.2017. These Namaskaras are available in YouTube channel also. The Samithi has trained innumerable persons throughout India on this Pancha Yoga Namaskaras.
On the occasion of oncoming world famous Mysuru Dasara Festival 2022 and in order to popularise yoga among rural people, the Samithi is conducting a 10-day free Yoga Camp from Sept. 26 to Oct. 5 between 6 am and 7 am everyday at Sri Mahalingeshwara Temple, K. Hemmanahalli, Bogadi Road, 9th km, Mysuru. No registration is required. Participants have to bring yoga mats. Basic Asanas, Pancha Yoga Namaskaras, Yoga Therapy and Pranayama will be taught.
